A petition to wind-up the above named Company with the company number 08318579 and whose registered office address is The Star Inn, Treoes, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, CF35 5DL, and presented on 15 November 2018 by John Dean Cullen of Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF, being a Relevant Office-Holder of the Company for the purposes of rule 7.4 and rule 7.27 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by virtue of being a Joint-Supervisor of the Company under a Company Voluntary Arrangement, and the petition shall be heard at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, 2 Park Street, Cardiff, CF10 1ET, on 24 January 2019 at 10:00am.
