Notice is hereby given that on 9 April 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Elgin by Newbold Trust craving the Court inter alia that Newbold Trust a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts as a private company limited by guarantee with Company number SC38868 and having their Registered Office at 111 St Leonards Road, Forres IV36 2RE (“the Company”) should be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Elgin by Interlocutor dated 9 April 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Inverness Justice Centre within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of Schedule 4 of the insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
