Jonny Marston and I were appointed Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company on 6 February 2017.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5AS on 17 March 2017 at 2.00 pm for the purposes of choosing a Liquidator, presenting the report of the Joint Interim Liquidators and, should the meeting think fit, of determining whether or not to establish a Committee of Creditors and who are to be the Members of that committee, if established.

Creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy providing that their claims (and proxies) have been submitted and accepted at the meeting or lodged beforehand at the undernoted address.

A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it.
