In accordance with Rule 4.106A Michaela Joy Hall of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 105 St Peter's Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ, (IP Number 009081) give notice that she was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 13 January 2016.

Creditors of the Company are required on or before 7 March 2016 to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator, and if so required by notice in writing, to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.

A meeting of creditors of the Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of considering the appointment of a Creditors' Committee; authorising the basis of the Liquidator's remuneration and the approval of her policy regarding the recharge of disbursements.

The meeting will be held by correspondence on 1 March 2016 at Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 105 St Peter's Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ.

A form of proxy must be lodged at Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 105 St Peter's Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ not later than 12.00 noon on 29 February 2016 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
