At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Crown House, Armley Road, Leeds LS12 2EJ on 27th January 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed, No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. “That the company would be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Philip Lee FCA FABRP of Lee & Company, Crown House, Armley Road, Leeds LS12 2EJ be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up”.

The directors of the company have made a Declaration of Solvency that the company will be able to pay its debts in full together with interest at the official rate within a period of 12 months from the commencement of the winding up.
