At a Virtual General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on the 29th day of March 2019 at 11:00, the following special resolutions were duly passed:-

(i) That the Company shall be voluntarily wound up.

(ii) That the Joint Liquidators be allowed to distribute in specie such assets of the Company as it may be expedient so to distribute.
