At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Third Floor, St George's House, St George's Road, Bolton BL1 2DD on 07 March 2016 at 10.15 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew Rosler, of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Third Floor, St George's House, St George's Road, Bolton, BL1 2DD, (IP No. 9151) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."
