The following Resolutions were duly passed on 20 December 2021 by written resolution of Members of the above-named Company, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Paul Bailey and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

It should be noted that the Company was placed into liquidation via deemed consent and that Paul Bailey and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 20 December 2021.
