At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 10.15 am on 11 March 2019 the subjoined Special Resolution was passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) and Mark Sands (IP No. 9111) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
