“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jeremiah Anthony O'Sullivan and Jonathan Mark Williams, both of Bishop Fleming LLP, 2nd Floor Stratus House, Emperor Way, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, Devon, EX1 3QS, (IP Nos. 8333 and 13070) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
