NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written determination of the members of the above-named LLP’s/Companies on 13 December 2021 the following determinations were passed for each of the above LLP’s/Companies:

"That the LLP/Company be wound up voluntarily and the Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up.
