“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Paul H Finn (IP No. 5367) and James D Robinson (IP No. 16092) both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire, BD4 0RR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding-up.”
