At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held on 24 April 2017 at 10.15 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Carrie James (IP 16570) and Andrew Stevens (IP No 9646) of SA Insolvency, 3 Staplow Road, Worcester WR5 2LZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.
