We, James Stephen (IP No. 9273) and Francis Graham Newton (IP No. 9310) both of BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 5 April 2017.

Notice is given to all creditors that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 23 March 2021. If creditors who have not already submitted a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their debts in writing to us at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH by no later than 23 March 2021 unless a creditor is owed a small debt of ÂŁ1,000 or less, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
