Cable Contractors Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number 02989979 and having its registered office at Bensway House, Usworth Road, Hartlepool, Cleveland, TS25 1PD, craving the Court that NES (North Electrical Services) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC425308 and having its registered office at 2 Parade Spur North, Elgin, Morayshire, IV30 6AL, be wound up by the Court and joint interim liquidators appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor of 1 October 2018, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after advertisement.
