At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Farthing Piece, Mill Lane, Rowington, Warwick, CV35 7DQ on 19 January 2021 at 3.15 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and are hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company."
