“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan David Bass (IP No. 11790) and Freddy Khalastchi (IP No. 8752) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
