“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
