At a General meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Goodrest Manor House, Rouncil Lane, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 1NN on 30 September 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be, and is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up."

A decision confirming the appointment of the Liquidator was made by deemed consent on the same day.
