A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 4 Nile Close, Nelson Court Business Centre, Ashton on Ribble, Preston PR2 2XU, presented on 21 March 2016 by BB LEGAL LIMITED T/A BIRCHALL BLACKBURN LAW of High Street Chambers, High Street, Chorley PR7 1DU, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Preston District Registry at Preston Court Centre, Openshaw Place, Ring Way, Preston PR1 2LL, on Tuesday 31 May 2016, at 1100 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
