Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB on 25 October 2018 at 10.00 am the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Nicholas Edwards (IP No. 9005) and Graham Bushby (IP No. 8736) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up .”
