Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2022, a Petition was presented to Dunfermline Sheriff Court by Allan Neill and Curtis Neill for an order to wind up Neill Technical Services Limited (registration number SC381644), having its Registered Office at 3 St Davids Business Park, Dalgety Bay, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 9PF in which Petition, Sheriff Macnair by Interlocutor dated 8 June 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU to be Provisional Liquidator of Neill Technical Services Limited with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, until an interim liquidator of Neill Technical Services Limited is appointed or the Petition is dismissed; all of which notice is hereby given.
