"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Frank Wessely (IP No. 7788) and Jo Leach (IP No. 15950) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
