At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB on 29 August 2019 at 12.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution: 

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to windup same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488) be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
