Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 September 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 9594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors, The Platinum Building, St John’s Innovation Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0DS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
