At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 274-278 Wickham Road, Shirley, Croydon, CR0 8BJ on 30 April 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as special and ordinary resolutions:

Special Resolution

i. "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

ii. "That the liquidator be and is hereby authorised to distribute among the member(s) in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of the company".

iii. "That the Liquidator be authorised to enter into an arrangement or arrangements pursuant to S110 of the Insolvency Act 1986."

Ordinary Resolution

i. "That Isobel Susan Brett of Bretts Business Recovery Limited, 21 Highfield Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2JS be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company".
