“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “That Yiannis Koumettou (IP No 015676) and Ninos Koumettou (IP No 002240) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
