At a General Meeting of the above‐named Company, duly convened and held at Flat 4, 166 Leavesden Road, Watford, WD24 5EG on 05 June 2020 at 16.00 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:‐

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Richard Frank Simms (IP No 9252) and of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that he act either jointly or separately.”
