At a general meeting of the Member of 1he above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Lady Park, 68 St Ninians Road, Linlithgow EH49 7BN on 19 August 2022 at 11.15am, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and 2, 4 and 5 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

2. That Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No. 9579) of Frost Group Limited, Court House, The Old Police Station, Ashby-de-la-Zouch LE65 1BS, be appointed Liquidator of the Company and

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company`s assets in specie and

4. That the Liquidator`s fees will be charged as a fixed amount of ÂŁ250 plus VAT and

5. That the Liquidator be authorised to recover Category 2 expenses in accordance with her recovery policy disclosed to the member.
