We, Christopher James Lawton (IP Number: 23818) and Ian McCulloch (IP Number: 18532), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 2 - 3 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 17 December 2020.

On 6 July 2021, Dean Watson (IP Number: 009661) replaced Ian McCulloch as Joint Liquidator of the Company by order of the Court. The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 10 July 2022. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 10 July 2022 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
