This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

The Company is in liquidation, resolutions having been passed by the shareholder on 3 May 2019 that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gerald Maurice Krasner (IP No. 005532) and Julian Pitts (IP No. 007851) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1PG be appointed as Joint Liquidators.

Please note that further to requests for a physical meeting reaching one or more of the prescribed thresholds pursuant to Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986, a physical meeting of the Company's creditors will be held at 5th Floor, 89 New Bond Street, London W1S 1DA on 16 May 2019 on 11.00 am. Richard Rosenberg, the director of the Company, is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener").

The purpose of the meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a Liquidation Committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy) creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 15 May 2019.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in perjon or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
