We, Gerald Maurice Krasner (IP No. 005532) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1PG and Julian Pitts (IP No. 007851) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds LS1 2HJ were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 3 May 2019.
