At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at MLG Associates, Unit 4, Sunfield Business Park, New Mill Road, Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 4QT on 7 October 2021, the following resolutions were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) of Beacon, Spaces 4500 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AZ be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 7 October 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Matthew Fox as liquidator.
