By way of Written Resolution of the Members of the above-named Company, the following resolutions were passed on 18 January 2022 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Situl Devji Raithatha (IP No. 8927) of Springfields Advisory LLP, 38 De Montfort Street, Leicester, LE1 7GS, be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At a meeting of creditors held on 18 January 2022, the following resolution was passed as an Ordinary resolution:

"That David Ronald Elliott (IP No. 8595) and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly or separately on all matters."
