"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Renshaw (IP No. 9712) and Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

The appointment of Simon Renshaw and Avner Radomsky of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ as joint liquidators was confirmed by the creditors on the same day.
