Notice is hereby given that on 9 March June 2022 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Ardnamurchan Estates Limited, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that NATIVE WILD LLP, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SO300736) and having its registered office at 14 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH1 2BD be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Holligan, by Interlocutor dated 16 March 2022, meantime appointed Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioner of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB to be provisional liquidator of the said company with the powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of the company and in particular authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator, whichever shall first occur, and ordained the said NATIVE WILD LLP and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh by emailing edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
