On 18th December 2015 Nationwide Security Incorporated Limited went into insolvent liquidation. I, Douglas Charles Harris of 226 Radeltt Road, Colney Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL2 2EN was a director of Nationwide Security Incorporated Limited during the period of 12 months ending in the day before it went into liquidation. I hereby give notice that following the purchase of the businesses and assets of the company by NSL 247 Limited, NSFM 365 Limited and NSC 365 Limited on 14th April 2016 it is my intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole and all of the businesses of the company under the following names: Nationwide Security; NSC; NSL 247; NSFM 365; NSC 365.
