A petition to wind up the above-named company of Nationwide House, Anderson Road, Goole, North Huimberside, DN14 6UD presented on 19 May 2020 by RIGHT MIX CONCRETE LIMITED of Unit 6, Coleford Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S9 5PH ("the Petitioner"), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard on Wednesday 13 January 2021 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as possible) at Royal Courts of Justice, Companies Court, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, London EC4A 1NL.

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4:00 pm on 12 January 2021.
