“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) and Ian McCulloch (IP No. 18532) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, One Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5HN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
