A Petition to wind-up the above named Company of 10 Victoria Road South, Southsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO5 2DA presented on the 19 July 2019 by CEMEX UK OPERATIONS LTD of Cemex House, Evreux Way, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2DT; a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Newcastle, The Law Courts, The Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3LA.
