Notice is hereby given that the Official Receiver, having been appointed on 1 July 2020, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 50.9p in the ÂŁ to the unsecured creditors of the company within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving.

Last day for receiving proofs

Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 10 December 2021 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.

The required proof of debt form, which must be lodged with the Official Receiver at the address below, is available on the Insolvency Service website at www.gov.uk/government/collections/insolvency-service-forms-england-and-wales. Alternatively, a form may be obtained on application to this office.
