That Alan Peter Whalley and Sandra Lillian Mundy of James Cowper Kreston, be appointed liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up of the Company's affairs and distributing the assets, Any act required or authorised under enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by one or more of the persons for the time being holding office of the liquidator.
