A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situated at 71 – 75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ was presented on 11 May 2020 by Arex European Market Limited of Black Church, St Mary’s Place, Dublin 7, Ireland claiming to be a creditor of the Company was heard at The Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 2 September 2020 at 12 noon and was dismissed by the Court.
