Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Members duly convened and held at The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket Dundee, DD1 4QB on 14 December 2018, the following Special Resolution was passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Shona J Campbell CA, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that she is authorised to make distributions "in specie" if she considers appropriate."
