Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of appointing a liquidation committee and, if no committee is appointed, to consider resolutions fixing the basis of the liquidators' remuneration and authorising him and to draw category 2 disbursements.
