We, Wayne MacPherson (IP No. 9445) and Louise Donna Baxter (IP No. 009123) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 7 October 2019.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 22 April 2021. The dividend will be the first and interim dividend being declared. The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 22 April 2021 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt and associated evidence to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
