"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jackie Kirsopp (IP No. 10270) and Jeanette Brown (IP No. 8857) both of Dodd & Co Limited, Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 7HW be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
