As special resolutions:

1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily and that joint liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up".

As ordinary resolutions:

1. "That Brendan Doyle and Dean Collins of Doyle Davies 6 Ynys Bridge Court, Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff CF15 9SS be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators' for the purposes of such winding up and that they may act jointly and severally in this regard.
