Notice is hereby given that on 10 August 2018 a Petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by Neil Henry Mckinven, director of N H M Contracts Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that N H M Contracts Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC451697) and having its Registered Office at Unit 8, Brown Street, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML5 4AS be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, be appointed as provisional liquidators by Interlocutor dated 10 August 2018 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Airdrie Sheriff Court, Graham Street, Airdrie, ML6 6EE, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
