"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Campbell (IP No. 10150) and Carl Jackson (IP No. 8860) both of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 3EX be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
